About the Blog Author
- Christina
- I could talk for days about everything I have read and researched. Hormones, medication, probiotics, herbs, vitamins, natural mineral, parabens, high fructose corn syrup, dairy products, free range meat, eco friendly products, sodium laurel sulfate....the list goes on. If you have spent enough time with me, you have probably heard about everything above at least once. Ive worked hard to gain knowledge in areas of interest but I understand the importance of not preaching or pushing others into adopting my way of thought. I intend to pass on information regarding things I have a greater understanding of through research and personal trial. I believe that living means that you actually feel alive and youre not just trying to get through one day at a time. We should look forward to the next and many thereafter. Peace, Love and Hippieness! ~Christina
