Benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar

The use of apple cider vinegar dates back to 4000bc as a food and medicine.

Apple cider vinegar is a result of fermenting apple cider (which has already been fermented from apple juice). It retains all the health properties of an apple plus some gained through the fermentation process.

Skin perfecting at home!

Preston Martin : Skin Perfecting Peel

I never thought I would purchase a product line from "Beverly Hills" but my aesthetician used this skin perfecting peel during a much needed facial and I had to have it. With the first ingredient listed as pumpkin pulp, it smells rich and feels creamy. I had been also searching for a peel with glycolic acid, which this product does contain.

Pumpkin pulp contains a high content of zinc salts and vitamins E. It helps metabolic processes as well as moistens and tones the skin. Glycolic Acid dissolves dead skin cells, improves the appearance of sun damaged, dry and thick skin, and reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

Orange Peel Derrière?

When I tell you that I have been highly dedicated to finding the answer to rid myself of cellulite, I am by no means kidding.
I did find it, but it costs $250/treatment and you need at least 12 treatments plus ongoing maintenance. Start up and maintenance cost for one year = $4500! I know that I have other things to buy with $4500 but I have thrown the idea around considering I hate cellulite that much. I decided to take all that negative energy and put it towards a cheaper way to manage the orange peel on my derrière.

Love spa results but without the hole in your wallet?

SpaGirl | Paris - Geneva - Milan - New York
I have to admit, I spent the money to get a facial at least 2-3 times a year. Its worth it and your skin does deserve it. In between facials, until I know its once again time to seek help from a professional, I do microdermabrasion at home with the PowerDerm MicroDermabrasion System. Its quick, easy and has serious results!

How to prevent a hangover! For really real.

There is all sorts of nonsense out there that claims to "rid you of your hangover". This Function drink, developed by physicians, does just what it says.
